If we indulge in charity, helping others, doing good to other people, then our good karma increases and our bad karma decreases. Also you needn't only share money always, but charity or good deeds also means sharing emotions, knowledge or love. Even lending an ear to a distressed soul is a good deed.
But often times when we do good, a little thought comes in our mind that ok it's so nice that we are doing good or maybe something like.. we are doing good, God will do good to us too. Well, this way we diminish the true purpose of charity, as this tiny negative ego thought arises.
So, in essence what to do, if this but natural thought occurs in our mind?
We should think: God this is for you. I'm doing this because I'm so blessed by you... hence I can share this with others. God thank you for blessing me.
It's this simple a thought but it can make a sea of difference in your outlook.
... Miracles will then manifest in your life because you have sent out an act of service..

Karma Release Prayer.
Our souls have come a long way. In each life we did some good and some bad deeds which affect our present lives. The cycle of action and reaction continues as they say. Unfortunately, when we are born, God takes the learnings and the memory of our past lives- it's almost start afresh. We get rewarded and punished in this life due to our past.
Well certainly no- one likes to be punished for something we don't even remember !
But don't worry friends, now there is a way that we can ask for soul forgiveness for the past act which may be causing " bumpiness" currently. This method doesn't entail the expensive past regression therapy but it's an easy remedy which everyone can practice for free.
Outlined is the procedure>>
You need: a plain white sheet of paper, 5 or 7 Tulsi leaves, tea- lite candle and a steel plate.
Write the following on the paper:
Beloved God and Beloved Lords of Karma, I place my petition to release to all the negative karma of all incarnations which have caused - ( the present situation: Refrain using negative words to describe the negative situation as much as possible, since we don't want to clog the universe with negative thoughts). I ask - ( for ideal situation). I ask that this be done peacefully, gracefully, instantaneously now. For this act of kindness and mercy I'm eternally grateful to you Thank you. Thank you Thank you.
On the steel plate, place the Tulsi leaves, the paper and the tea- lite.
Light the tea- lite.
Focus on the light for a minute- Ask God to engulf the flame in his eternal flame.
Visualize the end result only. Don't visualize how you will achieve this.. The divine has his ways of doing things. Just concentrate on the end..
Repeat the process for 21 days or more.

The Mighty Astrea!
Mighty Astrea is the great Lord of protection. He has a sword that can cut negative habits, negative energies, addictions around us. e.g.- impatience, judging people, impulsiveness, arrogance etc.
He protects our Aura.

Importance of forgiving fast !
Yes, forgiveness has been discussed earlier. But I'll come back to it here as I'd like you to know, that good thoughts can't pass the bad thoughts. For example, if we are angry at someone, and if we try to think " positively" about the situation, our reaction would often be - why should I resolve issues with him since I still feel hurt or jealous or any xyz negative emotion.
Therefore, our good thought couldn't go to the Universe, since the bad one's stopped it from going.. hence forgive fast ! The Karma had to be done. The account had to be settled and is over now. So be happy and forgive fast. !
Also, do the EMF- as it clears the Aura- which may be clogged of negative feelings, energies etc.

Free Will and Co- Creation.
I have discussed the topic of Co- Creation with God earlier but in this post, I'd like to highlight something very vital.
Currently, our free will is 10 %. Therefore initially when we try to co- create, it often fails, since God doesn't trust us much with the power of creating for ourself, fearing that we may get hurt in doing so, since we don't know the best for ourself.
But when we grow spiritually, this free will quotient increases exponentially. Therefore, when masters try to co- create, it happens instantaneously.
Therefore, clean your Aura- performing the EMF, daily.

The Power of 8.
8 is a very powerful number. Turned around it becomes the symbol of infinity. Many a times people can't handle the power of this number and therefore in various religions 8 is known as an evil number connected with self destruction etc. As when the power of infinity comes it becomes difficult to handle.
But in this post, I'll talk to you about how bad relations with someone can be mended.
Imagine 8 on the floor. As it is made up of 2 circles - you stand inside one circle and the other person stands in the opposite one. You'll possibly feel the other person is trying to jump into your circle, so you ask him to go back into his. Inside the 8, visualize golden and white energy. Surround the boundary of 8 with the protection color- blue color.
So imagine talking to the other person about whatever issues you have. Once you are done with that, and you feel both are happy- take a pair of golden scissors and cut the middle of the knot of 8.
Now it's one full circle and things will be peaceful.

The Deathly Hallows.
Death is a depressing topic for most. In our lives, we have experienced or will experience the parting of a very beloved soul. We ourselves will depart from Earth at some point in time.
So in this post, I'd like to share with you about what happens when we die.
It is said that for 3 days our soul rests on this planet after our physical body " dies". The soul leaves the body and it feels light and flies. It possibly sees all the people mourning around the dead body, which it then realizes is the soul's carrier or rather was.
After 3 days, the soul goes to the cave of creation - which is said to be a physical place inside the Earth. The cave of creation is the place, where we left the maximum of our soul power/ essence, before entering this world/ physical body. This was because, the body is incapable of handling such great powers of the soul.
Our star name - soul name is also mentioned on the soul essence.
So this cave of creation- is an illuminated tunnel and it takes 72 hours for the soul to cross it. It is lit up all the time, as everyone's soul essence lies there, in crystals.
Therefore, it takes 72 hours for all the Earthly attachments to be gone. But the emotions, feelings and thoughts go with us. All this is carried with us then in our next life. Therefore it's ver important to be a peaceful state when one dies. We should be spiritually clean.
After this, our soul goes to the higher levels, and it has many a duties to perform. It simply doesn't laze around :) At these higher levels, the soul becomes a co- creator with God.
Mourning- Obviously when someone very close to us dies, our heart cries. Yes, it's sad, but what's worse is if we keep mourning for the departed soul.
Mourning is a great dis-service to the departed soul because the departed soul has to carry many other duties and if we continue mourning, we don't allow it to continue on it's journey.
To give you an analogy - if a child goes to study abroad and the mother keeps missing him, thereby calling him every 2 hours, the child wouldn't be able to carry out the duties he's supposed to do and would probably just come back since he wasn't left in peace.
Therefore, it's crucial to understand that mourning is wrong.

Violet Flame Meditation.
The violet light is the light which purifies us. It erodes us of negativity and recharges us with golden light.
In order to do the violet light meditation, we must first do the invocation as done before each meditation. Then, visualize, that we are in a beautiful place, surrounded by mountains, flowers, lush greenery. Feel the breeze, the touch of the sun's rays and enjoy this beautiful panorama.
At a distance, there is a beautiful rainbow.. and when we walk towards the rainbow, we realize that it's an entrance, to a temple. We are welcomed by 2 silver golden angels at the gate, who then take us inside the temple area.
The Temple is a beautiful Golden with ceilings so high, that we can't even see the top. There are many violet color angels in the area. They lead us to the temple. Climb 2 stairs and you are in the main area, where there is a beautiful violet flame, about 20 feet high.
The angels make us sit around the flame.
They ask us if we have any physical ailment we would like to be healed off. Talk to the angels and tell them what you have to. Then imagine the ailments being violet flamed.
Then the angels ask us if there is any emotional we would like to be rid off. Talk to them and imagine you pulling those emotions from your heart and throwing it into the violet flame. The emotions could be- anger, impatience, impulsiveness, greed, envy etc.
Then the angels ask us if we want any mental worries/ stress to be rid off. Talk to them and imagine those being violet flamed too.
Lastly, ask the angels to help us get rid off our Ego and all the negativity attached with it. The angels are very happy to perform this as they know this is what leads to much stress in life.
Affirm thrice- We are a being of light. Violet light, give us the purity that God desires.
Thank the angels for purifying us visualize being led out of the Temple by the 2 angels, into the beautiful landscape that we were in.
We feel light and joyous as whatever negativity that was inside us has been removed..

Birthday Significance.
Birthdays, our special days, when we are thoroughly pampered, occur once a year as we know. But apart from the fact that we were born that day, do you know the significance of the B'day?
Before talking of B'day's, let's take a brief moment to talk about death.
When we die, we leave our physical bodies, our physical ailments and diseases. But our mind, thoughts and emotions go with us into the higher realms of the after life or death.
It is those thoughts which then come back with us at re-birth.
In the inter- life, our soul realizes the emotional and mental baggage which comes along. Therefore, the soul realizes that we must take birth again, to put an end to the baggage, to be free, that is in other words to attain moksha.
Which is why if you realize, our time of death is so important. Because if our thoughts are happy, towards God, then we don't think of the Earthly attachments and then at that point when we die, our soul is free.
Coming back to the between inter lives phase, we pray to God, to clear out the " rubbish" we have carried with us. So, we beg and pray to God and we take re-birth, that we would clear our mess.
We are born, but then .. unfortunately we forget it all, and just eat, drink, make money and say goodbye again.. forgetting why we took birth.
But, we are lucky, now in this age of new energy, we remember why we are here, which is why if you see all around yourself, there is so much awareness about spiritualism, religion related areas.
Now, coming to the connection to Birthday. B'day is a milestone. It is the day, we look back at our past years and what we plan to do in the next year (s) to ensure our emotional, mental capacity growth as that is what that decides our next life.
So, all the best purifying yourself.

Fasting or No fasting.
Fasting can be incredibly difficult for some ( like me).. so for my types, guess what? God doesn't get unhappy if you don't fast :)
According to a school of thought, fasting shouldn't be done mindlessly, that today is this religious day and hence we should fast. Nopes, that's not the correct reason.
There are other reasons to fast and if you relate to these, then you have given yourself justification to fast:
1. Scientific reason for fasting, which is to detoxify your body and clear the digestive system.
As we live in a period of over - eating, giving to our greed etc. So this is a good way to detoxify.
2. Discipline oneself and make the will stronger.
So, God doesn't say that you should fast for me, he says that you should follow the right path, that’s the most important.
& that if you do fast, then hat's for your own growth, discipline, clearing the digestive system…
So for all those who are forced to fast, God's cool ;-)

Invocation - Before Each Mediation.
I have mentioned this part in the EMF meditation technique, but I have made this a separate post, as it's integral you do the invocation before beginning any form of meditation.

It's necessary we invoke our guides/ angels as they are connected to all forces of heaven, from whom we get a direct response to our connection with the divine.
All planetary and heirachy of light are invoked as there are so many masters, who have never been in human form e.g. Meatatron, Arcturus etc. Planetary heirachy are closest to Earth and love everyone on Earth- hence we invoke them too.
Once you invoke, you will feel that the rainshower of energy is caused by God and God force of heaven. So we must say the following in our mind and visualize alongside:
Beloved guides, we love you and honor you for all that you have done for us. We ask that you connect us to the Godmost high of the cosmos, the cosmic and planetry heirachy of light, the archangels and angels, the saints and gurus of all religion, ascendant masters. ---Simple and sweet. Happy meditating. ---
MahaShivRatri. Shiva.
Today is Mahashivratri, a very auspicious day amongst the Hindus, since it's Lord Shiva's Birthday. Many Hindus fast today and offer prayers to Lord Shiva.
On this occasion, in our meditation group, we had a chance to discuss about Lord Shiva, fasting etc.
Shiva is not God.
Shiva is a part of God.
Then with the help of cosmic Shiva imagine that there is light all around the universe and cosmos.. feel the cosmic Shiva, hear the bells ring, feel the breeze, the light, the peacefulness..
On this occasion, in our meditation group, we had a chance to discuss about Lord Shiva, fasting etc.
Shiva is not God.
Shiva is a part of God.
Shiva is consciousness, the energy.
God divided himself in 3 parts : Bramha – creator, Vishnu- preserver and Shiva/ Mahesha- destroyer of all evil & to submerge life into energy.
There are numerous forms of Shiva - we have the Earth Shiva, the cosmic Shiva, the universal Shiva, multi- universal Shiva because Shiva is energy..
The planetary Shiva is the energy that pervades over everything on this planet. We have the Mansarover, the Amarnath, where this energy is supposed to be coming from.
Likewise, the Solar Shiva – pervades over the sun. God as Shiva means that God's energy pervades over entire cosmos.
That is why the popular bhajan, Shivo Hum Shivo Hum – which means we become / merge with the consciousness.
We should pray to the Shiva energy who pervades over the entire cosmos.
Extra Note : So now, the evolution theory states that life forms changed / disappeared over many years. So if Vishnu was supposed to preserve exactly what Brahma created, then.. he wasn't accurate to do that right..? But then I got the answer, that whatever is not required is destroyed.
So today's special mediation would be to imagine a tiny flame inside your heart ( 1/16th of an inch). expand it to fill your heart, then chest, abdomen.. and slowly he entire body. Then cover the ethereal body with light which is 2 inches above the physical body. Then cover the mental body which may be a foot wide enclosing our physical body. Then engulf the emotional body in light which is outside the mental body, a foot or 2 foot wide .. you will now feel light, and probably would feel like flying.. as there is light everywhere..
Then you can expand the light to fill your room, home, colony, Delhi, India and then the planet. When you fill up the planet with light, imagine you are at the tip of North Pole and seek health from Amarnath to fill this planet with light.. keep affirming, may their be peace and light.. ( or whatever you'd like to say about this city/ country/ planet)
Then with the help of cosmic Shiva imagine that there is light all around the universe and cosmos.. feel the cosmic Shiva, hear the bells ring, feel the breeze, the light, the peacefulness..
But before beginning the meditation do the invocation ( that's a thumb rule for all meditations ).
End it by thanking all the forces of heavens present with you and chant Om shanti shanti Om - 3 times.

Co- Creation.
How does it feel to have full power over creating your own life? Awesome right !
Yes, we create and manifest our thoughts to the Universe, but maybe all may not have our highest happiness in store.
But, if we co- create our life with God, we sure will achieve our highest good.

Forgivness
When someone has wronged us it is like a poison arrow has struck our hearts. What should we do with it? Should we leave it inside us to keep the wound constantly bleeding, or should we pull it out, destroy it, and let the wound heal?
Forgiveness is throwing the arrow into a fire and erasing it completely from our lives as well as our consciousness so that even the memory of the experience is totally forgotten!
But we should forgive the other person also, as when we are born we have the plus and minus in our karmic charts. We have to erase the minus and increase the plus.
The minus are decreased many a times, when negative incidents happen in our life. So that way, we need to forgive the other person as he was the one who created the negative incident in our life and now we are through with it.
We have to forgive ourself too for that part in the karma since we would have done something in the past to have generated it.
We should forgive by violet flaming the situation ( as described in the previous posts)

Headaches? Migraines? Stomach Aches? Insomnia?
If head aches and migraines impede your work, happens frequently then.. you can affirm 3 times: My head is light and happy.
You can cup your hand, put it infront of your forehead ( dont touch it) and visualize violet + silver light coming out of your hand.
If you have a stomach ache then imagine violet and silver light coming out of your hand, moving over your stomach/ intestines ( not touching it) and heeling your system.
Visualize black energy going out of your system and violet coming in.
You can visualize a green later on after the violet.
If Insomnia, affirm 3 times before going off to bed: I'm sleeping peacefully and calmly.

There are 3 layers in our mind.
Sub-conscious mind: This is like a vessel under our conscious mind. This has no brain of it's own. It can't think for itself. If our conscious mind throws any thought into it, our sub- conscious mind absorbs it.
This is where we put our thoughts from any situation.
That's why it's said to never scare kids. Always encourage them.
Conscious Mind: Thinking mind. Our logical side. Not on auto- pilot mode. It's a very powerful tool given by God to change our lives thanks to our actions and thoughts.

Super Conscious Mind: Mind of our higher self, i.e. the Godly self.

The people born in 60's, 70's are at the 3rd vibrational level.

And the kids born in the new millennium are at the 5th level. These are the crystal kids. They have very high energy. No guilt. No shame. Very compassionate. No or very little past karmic debt. They have been born to generate peace in this world.
Now why do these dimensions make a difference?
God/ God's vibration starts at the 364th level.
The ascended masters are at the 6th and higher levels.
Earth is in the 4th dimension level, going to the 5th.
For us if we want to go to the higher levels, we meditate. Then our body cells start vibrating higher.
You can affirm while meditating: Dear God, I affirm that the cells and electrons of my body vibrate along with yours.
But, our bodies can't hold the higher vibrational level for too long, only in a meditative state can it. With a lot of meditation you can feel your body at higher levels.

This New year is very special as it has a quality of the infinite reflections.
What does infinite reflection mean? Ever stood beside 2 parallel mirrors facing each other? What do you see? Infinite reflections of yourself correct?
So whatever you visualize, is reflected infinite times in this new era ! Making the law of attraction and co- creation far more powerful than before !
So from now on, you can visualize however you see yourself but you can go an extra mile by visualizing with the mirrors !

How we Originated. 144 Soul Extensions. 2012.

Alright so spiritualism has another theory to propose..
God--> Monads--> 12 souls or 12 branches--> each branch had 12 soul extensions >> 144 soul extensions.

This divine spark, also called spirit, is our true identity. The monad, or spiritual spark decided, with its free choice, that it wanted to experience a denser form of the material universe than it was living in.
Each of our monads, with the power of its mind, created twelve souls. It is as though the monad put down twelve fingers of fire, and at the end of each finger are the twelve individualized souls. Each soul is a smaller and partial representation of its creator, the monad. The soul has also been referred to as the higher self, super conscious mind and higher mind.
What we have here so far is that God created infinite numbers of monads or spiritual sparks, and each monad then creates twelve souls to experience a denser form of matter than previously experienced. Each soul, then desiring to experience an even denser form of the material universe, creates twelve "personalities" or "soul extensions" who incarnate into the densest material universe. We on Earth are personalities, or soul extensions of our soul, just as our soul is an extension of a greater consciousness which is our monad. Usually in mdeitation, we never really chant.
But this one time, my mentor decided to make us chant..
It was a very different experience, one we weren't used to.. but it was exhilarating for most.
The chant was simple: I'm light. I'm love.
I'm light. I'm love....... .....
Visualize alongside- golden flame in your heart. Which then grows into your heart... and then the golden flame fills up your room.

After a few mintues, you will feel, connected with God. You will. trust me.

Violet.
Violet is a purifying color. It has the highest energy amongst all the colors. It removes the negative energy and fills us up with positive ( Golden, God) energy.
In life, we have a number of negative experiences. The aim is for us to learn from them, but unfortunately they still hurt.. But, now we have a technique which can help us forget the hurt, which thereby helps us forgive the other person.
How do you achieve this?
Simple, think of the negative experience and violet flame it. keep violet flaming , whilst you think about the details of that situation.
Say it loud: All the negative energy from this situation will not affect me anymore and will end now.
I forgive myself and the other person for the part we played to create the situation.
Still can't forgive or feel the hurt.. violet flame it a number of times..
From my experience, I had a horrible break up and I couldn't let go those hurt feelings and everytime I'd think of those memories, I'd be filled with negative emotions. I wanted to let go of the burden of hurt and anger, but I couldn't.
I violet flamed, all those conversations which caused me the anguish, all those arguments I had had in the past.. and ya.. I'm free of that hatred. I have forgiven the other person and that's it. It feels great .. :)
If you feel tired, like currently I am while writing this blog, simply give violet light to yourself. So I just took a 30 seconds break and bathe myself in Violet shower soaking my brain.
It's quite refreshing !
My suggestion is that everyday while bathing, imagine that the water which is cleaning your body is violet and when the visualization becomes clear, affirm 3 times: Violet light ever purifying ever activating. Please purify my body, mind, soul and consciousness at all levels, dimensions and aspects permanently now. Give me the purity that God desires !
Easy and effective. I love you violet :) Hence I bought many violet clothes ;-)

Simple, think of the negative experience and violet flame it. keep violet flaming , whilst you think about the details of that situation.
Say it loud: All the negative energy from this situation will not affect me anymore and will end now.
I forgive myself and the other person for the part we played to create the situation.
Still can't forgive or feel the hurt.. violet flame it a number of times..
From my experience, I had a horrible break up and I couldn't let go those hurt feelings and everytime I'd think of those memories, I'd be filled with negative emotions. I wanted to let go of the burden of hurt and anger, but I couldn't.
I violet flamed, all those conversations which caused me the anguish, all those arguments I had had in the past.. and ya.. I'm free of that hatred. I have forgiven the other person and that's it. It feels great .. :)
If you feel tired, like currently I am while writing this blog, simply give violet light to yourself. So I just took a 30 seconds break and bathe myself in Violet shower soaking my brain.
It's quite refreshing !
My suggestion is that everyday while bathing, imagine that the water which is cleaning your body is violet and when the visualization becomes clear, affirm 3 times: Violet light ever purifying ever activating. Please purify my body, mind, soul and consciousness at all levels, dimensions and aspects permanently now. Give me the purity that God desires !
Easy and effective. I love you violet :) Hence I bought many violet clothes ;-)
Blue - Protection _ Hate
Blue is a very important color, since it helps you stay away from negative emotions, negative feelings, negative people etc.

EMF - Aura Clearing.
The EMF stands for Electro Magnetic Force. Just like the way magnet has the forces going from North to South and South to North, the same way our body has this force running like a cycle in a clock wise direction.
If the magnet breaks or gets chipped at a point, then the forces gets disrupted/ break/ become uneven.
Our aura is composed of 4 bodies- physical, mental, spiritual and emotional.
Similarly, if we have a problem in any of our our bodies- mental, physical, spiritual or emotional- then this force gets disrupted.
To clear our aura, we have to do the EMF technique once every 24 hours. Just the way we get rid of the germs on our body by taking bath, we should do the EMF as it's a bath for our aura's too.
How to practice ?
1. Call upon your guides- Speak it : Dear guides, I love you and honor you and thank you for all you have done for me. Please connect me to the highest cosmic and planetary heirachy of light- the heavens, the Archangels, the Ascendant masters, saints and Gurus of all religion. We thank you for being here with us.
Then, imagine, that your room is full of golden beings, and your God's are there with you.
Then imagine, a huge sun above your heard, showering golden light upon you. Golden light is raning upon you. This is your IAM presence. The light passes through you and is soaked by the Earth.
Then- pull up the light from your feet, and imagine light is going up covering your entire bone system in golden light. Imagine each and every bone bathing in golden light. Scan your bones and
After this affirm to your self- I'm anchoring the light permanently in my bone system now.
2. From the huge sun above your head, imagine a concentrated beam of light entering your brain. It then lightens up the spongy part of your brain in golden light, both side receiving an equal amount. Then imagine the light going to the 3rd eye, then the pituitary gland between our eye brows behind the 3rd eye ( this gland helps in visualization ). Then at the centre of the brain there is another gland, light that up and behind that there is the Thalmus, glowing like a butterfly's wings.
Then send the light to ponds, which is at the base of the neck. it's an oval shaped egg type of an organ, where all nerves meet. after giving it light- it glows liek a golden egg, then send the light to your spinal cord.
Then affirm- I'm anchoring the light permanently in my brain and spinal cord system now.
3. From the huge sun above your head, imagine a concentrated beam of light entering yourbody, reaching the :
thyroid gland in the throat- stimulate it with light.
then the thymus gland which is the rejuvenation gland that makes us younger. stimulate it. feel the inner smile come up when you stimulate it. it's situated 3 cms below the thyroid gland and in between the heart.
then send light to your 2 adrenalin glands, triangular shaped they are.
then send it to the pancreas--> liver ( largest gland in our body) --> reproductive glands.
Your glands should be glowing in golden.
Then affirm- I'm anchoring the light permanently in my glandular system now.
4. Pull up the light from your feet, reaching the root chakra which is an the tip of the spinal cord, it's like a red ball. when light ray reaches it, it bursts open like a sparkler with red and golden sparks coming out of it.
then send it to the orange chakra- orange ball above the red chakra.repeat the procedure as for the red one.
then the yello chakra ( in our naval area) above the orange one- repeat the process as above, but this one should open up like a beautiful sunflower.
then the emerald green chakra - next to our heart, repeat the above, and expand this to fill your entire chest area. this is the God chakra.. after stimulation it should look green and golden.
then the blue chakra/ throat chakra- stimulate it- blue and golden sparkler type.
then the indigo/ 3rd eye chakra- indigo and golden
and then the violet chakra in our bain: opening up like a 1000 petalled lotus.. with golden in the middle.
your chakras should be rotating properly now. Affirm to yourself- i'm anchoring the light permanently in my chakra system now.
brief note about chakras: they are connected to our needs/ wants. e.g. if you don't have enough material comforts and feel unhappy about it- then your red chakra will not function properly and it will stop rotating. hence you have to stimulate it, so that this works and then your material problems will be eased.
similarly the yellow one is for emotion. hence, that's why many a time when one has emotional probelms, the stomach gets affects. This is because the yellow chakra is in the naval area.
Note- you may only face darkness when you try and visualize. But have faith, you will be able to visualize it all. It's happened with me too. But carry on and you'll soon emerge as a winner.

Before I tell you about the meditation techniques, I think it's best, if I tell you a little bit about our angels.
Not many people are aware that God has given us these loving caretakers, who always look out for our best. God has put them with us, so that they can always help us do things.
Alright, if a mother has a young kid, for whom she's scared that he/ she will get hurt while playing. Then what do you think she will do? She will go with the child or send someone with him/her.
Also, maybe sometime in your life, you feel that wow.. I was saved, that was a miracle.. like for me, I was saved from 2- 3 road accidents.. and I honestly don't know how.. but I think I know now -)
In the same way, when we are born, God has given us these 2 Angels, who look out for us and help us. They are there for our personal service. They have one foot in our vibration and one foot in God's vibration. So if we want to send a message to God- just send it through the Angels and be sure it will be delivered.
Caution- never use the angels to harm or interfere with any one. Otherwise the penalty you'd have to pay would be 1000 times worse. Trust me.

So, as you can see you can use your angels for anything. If you want to get up in the morning at whatever time, tell them, that I'd liek to get up at so and so time, please wake me up.
Your angels love it when you send them off to do your work ! That's why they were created by God in the first place -)

When we pray, we are sending our prayer in a very generalized manner, we have no clear concept of God in mind and don't hence know where it's directed.
But our angels know exactly which vibration of God to address.
When there is a change in guides- there is a void as the old guides have left us and new ones are yet to come.
So you can start feeling low, hate the world etc.. it's a testing period. Soon you'll skip a beat when the new ones come !
So step 2- start using your guides now !!

Expanding God's Light.
In the initial few days or months, you may have difficulty connecting with the Divine or visulaizing. Don't fret, it takes time. But trust me, it's so worth it -) Have faith and you'll be just fine !
So, just the simple basic to help you start: light a candle if you'd like. Look at the flame.
Imagine: the flame, the golden light is in your heart. That is the light of the God.
Expand it. Breathe out and think of the flame/ light covering your chest area- lungs and the ribs cavity. Expand it more that is breathe out and imagine the light flowing in your abdomen area entering into all your organs in that area.
Expand the light more, think of it as a flowing river. end of the day, light is a wave, an energy so let it flow into your legs, hips, back, neck, arms, face and brain.
Take this further, imagine light is now coming out of your hands and feet and covering you that is if you extend your arms you are still enveloped in the light. This is your aura.
You are a being of light now. Your whole body is golden. This is God's energy.
Feel at peace. Sit in it however much time you can..

I think it's best I tell you why I'm writing this blog and what you and I can hope to achieve through this.
I'm fairly young and after a stressful stint at a corporate job, I felt a kind of soul unrest. I wanted to move ahead, learn new things and not just be stiffed by my job. I left my job and came back to my hometown. I then heard of a meditation group starting in my locality, and for free. I was much enthused about it and charged ahead to join the group, which started in July. The lady, my spiritual guide, is a lawyer by profession and an ex- banker. She started practicing mediation about 15 years back and since then has been conducting sessions to spread the knowledge. She is a noble lady, who has helped transform many lives. Her oldest meditation group dates back 12 years, so if it's still continuing then ofcourse, that means there is definitely some power.
I always knew, that there is some sort of a power which exists in this world.. through the experiences I have had in my life.
